Child Protective Services, CPS, has devastated and destroyed hundreds of thousands of families in America during the last thirty years leaving a trail of broken hearts, broken dreams, and shattered childhoods.
Rather than helping families, government agents have used unconstitutional laws in Juvenile Court to rip children away from their loving parents, break asunder God-given, natural, parent-child bonds, and adopt the children of the grieving out to others who profit financially with large monthly adoption subsidy payments.
Child Protective Services must be stopped! The law that started this, CAPTA, must be repealed. We must work tirelessly to inform the public of this very dangerous travesty of justice. We must keep faith knowing that if there is a God, there is an answer and a way to end this heartache.
Child Protective Services Agents - please come to your senses! Family destruction on false or trivial grounds is wrong, reprehensible, and inhumane.
Fosterers - be aware that for the money you get you are holding much-loved children away from their grieving families while the parents are forced to perform a service plan that is anything but a service to them. I call this hostage holding for the government. This is not kindness - to help misguided government agents destroy family relationships and break loving bonds.
CPS workers and fosterers - I ask that you now give up these unworthy professions and find something more dignified to do with your lives. Let the children of the innocent return to their homes where they are truly valued, adored, and loved by the parents God gave them.
Family rights are God-given rights. And they should not be ignored or postponed. Every moment these loving parents and children spend separated from one another is a torment beyond what anyone should ever have to bear.
It is unworthy of human dignity to allow this terrorism and torture of families to go on without saying something, speaking out, and trying to make a change.
Site mission: To provide information and support for families attacked by Child Protective Services and child welfare agents, especially those families facing false or trivial accusations of child abuse or neglect; and for researchers working to protect natural family rights.
On January 12, 2005 an outraged systemite who signed herself "Jane Scheel" left these comments in my chatroom guestbook:
"All of you people are guilty as hell and need to be stopped. You people have NO IDEA how the system works. I am POSITIVE that your children were removed for a reason. You people are all trash and deserve everything that you get!"
Here's my response:
Dear Jane,
I appreciate it when people like you speak out because it gives me an opportunity to explain why I'm running a site that helps and supports parents accused of child abuse or neglect.
Though my site is mainly here for helping parents who are falsely accused, I am committed to helping all families involved in the child welfare system because I believe the premise behind child welfare (as it is now run in our country) is wrong. Rather than compassionately helping families in need, child protection workers remove and "help" the children only, leaving the parents with more problems than they had before child "protection" intervened.
For example, a child protection worker shows up at a house and decides the place is too messy for a child to live in. Rather than connecting the family to a service that will help clean the house and train the parent to maintain it (regardless how many children are busy messing it up).. rather than doing that simple compassionate act, the caseworker is trained to remove the children and leave the parents traumatized and grieving while trying to clean up their acts, full of remorse, shame, and blame. Rather than a good outcome for this family we have children traumatized from forced separation from their parents, grandparents, and often siblings. These injured children are then further injured by the use of forced medications to control them while they're in fosterincarceration. The fosterers don't mind - this means the children will be classified "special needs" and therefore worth more money each month.
The parents then are forced into needless counseling, psychological evaluations, drug testing even if they aren't drug users, and parenting classes. All this is a burden to the tax-payers and usually not of any use to the family. It is a one-size-fits-all "service" plan that really serves to help caseworkers get more money from the Social Security fund and other federal sources while the children are incarcerated in state custody homes. These "services" are also used to create new false "evidence" to use against the parents in court. The eventual goal is Termination of Parental Rights and adoption of the traumatized "special needs" children to a different set of adults who are then able to receive federal subsidies for the children they've taken into their homes.
All that because of a dirty house or some other ridiculous nit-picky complaint? Come on, don't you see anything wrong with that? The tax-payers would have saved hundreds of thousands, the Social Security fund wouldn't be burdened, if the government instead paid for a temporary housekeeping de-clutter/organization training service. The children would be happy with their parents, and the parents would be doing the job they took on by giving birth.
This is just an example of the type of cases that shouldn't be processed through the Orwellian methods of CPS aka. child welfare services. I believe that no matter how much guilt is involved, family destruction is cruel, inhumane, and morally reprehensible. It is an experiment in social engineering that's gotten way out of control. Children have the right to know the family of origin they were born into. Even if it's an imperfect family, they have the right to know those imperfect people and to love them anyway because that's what people normally do.
Don't you realize that if the only children taken were children of people who truly abused their children physically causing them great harm and injury... then nobody would be here complaining! But when children are taken from non-abusive parents because of a dirty house or some other comparatively trivial matter on the subjective judgment of a self-righteous god-wannabe caseworker (who typically is very young and has never had children) ... of course people are going to complain. They have that right, to speak out against a government that has violated its own Constitution and instead gone with a plan of Communist Goals intended to decimate families and terrorize and torture Americans. (See #40 and #41 on the list of Communist Goals.)
The Constitution specifically forbids the federal government to make laws about child welfare (see the Tenth Amendment) but Americans, too trusting and naive thanks to the dumbing-down of public education, don't recognize the danger of bending the rules until its too late.
Cruel and unusual punishment is forbidden by the Eighth Amendment. What's not cruel about taking kids from their natural families and leaving everyone involved tortured and traumatized, and ruined for life?
So, Jane, no matter how guilty these parents are, I'm still going to be here fighting CPS because I believe with all my being that these laws are wrong, that they're detrimental to families including children, and that there must be a change.
The fact that you jump to the conclusion that everyone's guilty shows you're a perfect candidate for the CPS caseworker job... just the kind of all-knowing power-hungry reactionary who's willing to decimate families for profit.
God, help us all...

P.S. I didn't even get around to mentioning the abuse of children in state custody fosterincarceration homes. But take a look at the archives here - there's plenty of evidence of that. Statistics show children are about ten times more likely to be physically and sexually abused in foster homes than they are in their own natural family homes. Taking a child from a loving family to place in a more dangerous situation is NOT child protection, no matter what they want to call it.
