Child Protective Services, CPS, has devastated and destroyed hundreds of thousands of families in America during the last thirty years leaving a trail of broken hearts, broken dreams, and shattered childhoods. Rather than helping families, government agents have used unconstitutional laws in Juvenile Court to rip children away from their loving parents, break asunder God-given, natural, parent-child bonds, and adopt the children of the grieving out to others who profit financially with large monthly adoption subsidy payments. Child Protective Services must be stopped! The law that started this, CAPTA, must be repealed. We must work tirelessly to inform the public of this very dangerous travesty of justice. We must keep faith knowing that if there is a God, there is an answer and a way to end this heartache. Child Protective Services Agents - please come to your senses! Family destruction on false or trivial grounds is wrong, reprehensible, and inhumane. Fosterers - be aware that for the money you get you are holding much-loved children away from their grieving families while the parents are forced to perform a service plan that is anything but a service to them. I call this hostage holding for the government. This is not kindness - to help misguided government agents destroy family relationships and break loving bonds. CPS workers and fosterers - I ask that you now give up these unworthy professions and find something more dignified to do with your lives. Let the children of the innocent return to their homes where they are truly valued, adored, and loved by the parents God gave them. Family rights are God-given rights. And they should not be ignored or postponed. Every moment these loving parents and children spend separated from one another is a torment beyond what anyone should ever have to bear. It is unworthy of human dignity to allow this terrorism and torture of families to go on without saying something, speaking out, and trying to make a change. Missouri: Another family destroyed; another mother falsely accused and put to griefThis morning I received this link in email: Adoption and Safe Families Act Tears Family Apart. (Thanks Laurie, for the link.) The article tells of another family tragedy: a mother, falsely accused and mistreated by the child welfare system, is good enough for her older children but unjustly separated from her very young and beautiful daughter who is then used as fodder to keep the ASFA funding pouring into her state. Such stories are common, but it isn't often that they're actually written in such a clear and coherent manner and made available to the public. * * * Criticism Received In EmailEvery now and then I get email from someone who is financially benefiting from the child welfare system, who feels a need to defend it by lambasting me. Generally they complain that I am helping abusers and don't value Child Protective Services. Well, it is true I don't value Child Protective Services and though I don't want to help abusers - perhaps sometimes they are the ones reading this site. However, what about all the families with non-abusive parents who are unfairly dragged through the unconstitutional children's courts and torn apart? How many families should have to be unjustly persecuted by our government before someone stands up and says this is not okay? I am not afraid to be the one standing up here, owning this site, telling the world that Child Protective Services is a fraud. Child "welfare" destroys viable families, destroys the hearts and happiness of children by taking them from parents who love them and forcing them to grow up in foster homes, drugs children with psychotropic medications to alleviate the resulting behavior problems of traumatized, terrorized victims of state-sponsored idiocy, and gives money to the states for doing these horrible things to families. I am shocked to know that there's anyone out there who thinks all this terrorism is okay. But of course, it's generally the ones getting a financial benefit who are likely to defend the family destruction industry. The lawyers. The judges. The fosterers. The caseworkers. The administrators. The psychologists. The counselors. The parenting class teachers. Whoever knowingly takes a child from a non-abusive parent or other non-abusive family member and/or helps the child welfare system adopt it out to a stranger is, in my opinion, a TORTURER of children, parents, grandparents, and other loving, concerned family members and a TERRORIST helping to wreck this country by attacking families which are the bedrock of our civilization. I am not in favor of child abuse whether it is done by systemite family destroyers or by family members. However abused children can be placed with a non-abusive extended family member in most cases. Foster homes should be reserved for children with no non-abusive family members only, or those without families. If child welfare services was reduced to a foster-care-only organization, not confused with permanent family destruction and placement of children away from non-abusive family members who want them, and not an adoption agency, I wouldn't object to it the way I do now. But destruction of American families on flimsy, trivial grounds, is just plain wrong.
