Our children have the right to freedom from government interference in their family life. When a CPS report turns into government child abduction - who gets hurt the most? It is the children, abused by their own government, usually due to misunderstandings and the social worker's need to provide more kids for the system, in order to prove the need for their own jobs.
The children lose everything: home, parents, extended family, pets, toys, their room at home, all possessions including clothing left behind, neighborhood, friends, their security, sense of belonging, their peace of mind, and often even their own siblings. It is a national disgrace that our government does this to children *often* on very trivial grounds. Instead of helping families with their problems, the government tears them apart.
Children thus traumatized are then labeled with "Reactive Attachment Disorder" and similar psychiatric illnesses. The parents are blamed when it is actually the government's act of tearing the child from its family that has caused mental problems. Then the children are given massive doses of psychotropic drugs. Government drug-pushing psychiatrists have been handing out - not only ritalin and drugs you might expect kids to take - but also drugs like risperdal, a drug intended for adult schizophrenics. Even very, very young children were found to be taking risperdal in a recent Florida study, and sadly it is happening in most if not all states across the nation. Unfortunately not enough studies have been done on drug-pushing to fosterincarcerated kids because apparently nobody in our government really cares about these kids!
A 2001 Los Angeles court decision gave $4MILLION in your taxpayer money to a child permanently mentally injured by drugs administered in state-custody fosterincarceration. Tragic, yes, but consider this - the child was only four years old at the time of the settlement. FOUR YEARS OLD! Why were the government's henchmen loading down a baby with drugs?
Another child was diagnosed with Tourettes Syndrome at the age of seven after months of fosterincarceration in a government children's mental hospital and forced "drug therapies" that caused the damage, according to the mother's statement. She tried to save her child by taking him to Canada but the FBI found her and transported the child back to Santa Clara County, California government agents.
Anyone who thinks the child welfare system is beneficently protecting kids is sadly mistaken, brainwashed by government propaganda heaped on us through the media since the seventies. The truth is that they can't protect kids because none of us can see into the future to predict accurately which children will die at their parents' hands. CPS caseworkers are asked to do something absolutely impossible - so they rely on "risk assessment" tools to help them decide which kids to take. Using these "risk assessments" - they can take kids from families who have never abused or neglected them.
On behalf of all children and innocent families, I denounce the evil CPS practice of government funded and sponsored family destruction.

Special Education Links - since 'special needs' children are specifically targeted for CPS funding they are often victims of the system. Here's a few links for people whose problems with CPS stemmed from special needs issues:
UN Links - I've taken a lot of flack for providing UN links. Some family rights activists are avidly anti-UN and have accused me of 'supporting the UN' because I have UN-related links on my site. The following links are provided as a service to the family rights community for your information only. I am not suggesting that anyone should support UN institutions or principals.
