I have something terrible to tell you today:
Last year on June 25, 2003
President Bush signed a bill
With the name of:
The Keeping Children and Families Safe Act of 2003

Public Law 108-36

This Act renewed CAPTA.

The Keeping Children and Families Safe Act of 2003
Contains new law.

One of the changes is that CPS will be allowed access
to all your mental health and medical records.

There is no medical privacy in America today.

The HIPPA Act for medical privacy
That went into effect last year

Only keeps your medical information from family.
It gives government agents from HHS the right to your records.

HHS = Health and Human Services, the parent-organization to CPS.

Here's what the new law says:

SEC. 112. RESEARCH AND ASSISTANCE ACTIVITIES AND DEMONSTRATIONS.
(b) (1) (D) effective approaches being utilized to link child protective service agencies with health care, mental health care, and developmental services to improve forensic diagnosis and health evaluations, and barriers and shortages to such linkages.’.

No medical privacy = No freedom
Our Fourth Amendment privacy rights are being violated again!
America is no longer 'land of the free'
as we were taught in our public schools.

WHAT WE CAN DO TO STOP FASCISM IN AMERICA:

Demand that CAPTA be REPEALED. Use this wording on your protest signs and in letters to federal level legislators. Be firm, be specific. We need the repeal of the law that started the CPS disastrous mess that's destroyed so many families.
Vote LIBERTARIAN - the Libertarians have a political party that will put an end to this invasion of privacy. It is highly unlikely that Democrats or Republicans ever will.
If you still have your children, take them out of government schools. Let them learn in freedom, without brainwashing and without mind control. Love them, nurture them, and keep them close - those of you who still can.

Friends, I am just one person and I feel very inadequate to perform this task but I know with your help - with all of us acting together - we can stop the evil of CPS child kidnappings under color of law.

I hereby declare January 31, 2004, the thirtieth anniversary of CAPTA, a National Day of Mourning. Please spend this day in prayer and in protest activities - especially the writing of letters to legislators requesting the repeal of CAPTA legislation - all of it.

The Day of Mourning is to be repeated every January 31 until CAPTA is repealed!
