This website exists to address the needs of families who are having legal problems with Child Protective Services (CPS) or other agencies of the child welfare services industry - due to unjust or false accusations, misrepresentations, mistakes of fact, or exaggerations of circumstance. I understand your heartache and grief if you have lost your children to a state foster facility, and the stress caused by not understanding the legal system.

Study as much as you can... especially study the laws of your country and state. Read the regulations your state's Child Protective Services agency is supposed to operate under. Learn to protect your family from government CPS agents who are trained to perform in ways that deprive you and your children of Constitutional, Civil and Human Rights.

If your case is closed, or if you are not involved with the Child Protective Services system but sympathetic to our cause, please research the situation, network with us on the support message boards and mailing lists, and help us change the system to one that is humane and just, or to abolish it so innocent children and their families will no longer be harmed by power-hungry out-of-control government CPS agents.

What this website is: This is an information and referral site to help you find online resources. Whether you're under investigation, enduring the trauma of separation from your child, or ready to be an activist, this website has resources, information and links to help you fight CPS.

What this website isn't: This website won't win your case for you. That's something you'll have to try to do yourself, with the suggestions and support of online friends. Every one of us who has won a CPS case has had to learn to represent ourselves and though it isn't easy, you will have to learn it too if you have a case to win. You won't be alone anymore if you connect with other victims of CPS tyranny on some of the many online family rights mailing lists.

I have received hundreds of emails from traumatized parents, grandparents, and friends who want my help. I am only one person, one activist, and I'm not an attorney. I have no funding and no income from this website so I can't pay lawyers.

My goal is to fight CPS until the day I die or until the entire system is taken down to the point where it won't harm innocent families anymore. I hope to achieve my goals and if I don't get there, I will at least have helped train hundreds of others to take my place. The family destruction industry and its cruel, inhumane child detentions must end, and for me, that's what it means to fight CPS and win.
